The 8th World Conference on Qualitative Research (WCQR2024) will be held from 23rd to 25th January 2024 in São Miguel – Azores (Portugal), Johannesburg (South Africa), and online.

The WCQR encourages the submission of scientific works that focus on several fields of application in Qualitative Research, from Education to Health, Social Sciences, Engineering, and Technology, among others, as well as a crosswise and holistic view, with the approach of several themes and dimensions of research.

In the Azores, the WCQR2024 will be held in partnership with the Higher School of Health and Faculty of Social and Human Sciences of the University of the Azores. In Johannesburg, the Conference will be organized in collaboration with the Global Center for Academic Research.

Authors and participants will be able to choose where to attend the WCQR2024 in person. For those who cannot attend on-site, there is the option to participate online.

 Authors of accepted Abstracts will be invited to send a full paper version of their work to be published in journals associated with WCQR2024.
