The Department of Business Economics at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) is seeking applications for Assistant or Associate Professors in Business Economics, Finance, Marketing, Management, and Accounting. These tenure-track positions are set to begin on September 1, 2025.

Applicants must have completed their PhD by May 2025 and demonstrate strong research potential and teaching capabilities at both undergraduate and graduate levels. The department offers a dynamic environment, focusing on Business Administration and Tourism Management. Proficiency in Spanish or Catalan is required after two years.
