Research Innovations in Sustainable Marketing – RISM 2025 is the first global symposium that brings together scholars and practitioners who want to share their insights on the successful integration of the triple bottom line – economic success, environmental stewardship, and supply chain equity – across the marketing function from new product development to post-consumption. The RISM 2025 symposium will be held in person in Madrid, Spain on May 27, 2025, as a prelude of the 53rd EMAC Conference hosted by ESIC University.

RISM2025 will be held in collaboration with The European Marketing Academy (EMAC), sponsored by the Journal of Sustainable Marketing and University of Hawai‘i - Shidler College of Business, supported by ServCollab, and hosted by ESIC University in Madrid, Spain.

Call for Submissions:

We invite you to submit abstracts (up to 800 words) and fully developed manuscripts (up to 10,000 words). All submissions will undergo a double-blind review process. Accepted manuscripts will be eligible for publication in the Journal of Sustainable Marketing (JSM), while accepted abstracts will be featured in the RISM 2025 Proceedings and made available online. We welcome conceptual, qualitative, and quantitative research, as well as case studies.

Note: Final decisions regarding publication in the Journal of Sustainable Marketing will be made by the Journal Editor.

  • Notification Of Acceptance: March 15, 2025
